Josh & Lacy | K5 Kennels

Our journey began in highschool -- friends who knew OF eachother, he was the football player, I was the football manager. He went off to the military,  and despite the distance, we began to talk, fell in love, got married in 2010 and started our family. Now, we live on a 20 acre Ranch in East TX and are proud parents to 3 wonderful kids, Annabelle, Brock and Loralei, along with our beloved Bernedoodle, Kru and Goldendoodles, Kasper and Kodi.

Our passion for dog breeding started long before K5 Kennels was born. Our families have always had dogs, so raising and caring for puppies has always been a big part of our life. Having pets throughout life instilled in me a deep love for animals and a strong understanding of responsible breeding practices. Our love for dogs, and especially for Kodi, Kasper and Kru, inspired us to start our own breeding program.

At K5 Kennels, we prioritize the health, wellbeing and temperament of every puppy. We follow responsible breeding practices, working closely with mentors, and ensuring that all of our parent dogs are healthy. This guarantees that every Colden Mountain Doodle puppy we raise is not only healthy but also ready to become a belove part of a new family.

Our puppies are raised as if they were going to be our own. We are dedicated to ensuring that the environment is clean and nurturing. We lovingly care for the mamas and their puppies every step of the way, ensuring each puppy is well-socialized, healthy and happy.
